Please note that this policy is only applicable to tickets purchased directly through Events868.com and not through any other third-party sellers.
- Canceled Events: In the event that an event is canceled, customers will be offered a full refund for their tickets. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Rescheduled Events: In the event that an event is rescheduled, customers will have the option to either receive a full refund or to use their tickets for the rescheduled date. If customers choose to use their tickets for the rescheduled date, they will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Requests: In the event that a customer would like to request a refund for a non-canceled/non-rescheduled event, they may do so by contacting our customer support team at support@events868.com within 7 days of the event. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the refund request being approved.
- Refund Exceptions: Please note that the following types of tickets are non-refundable:
- Tickets for events that have already taken place
- Tickets for events that are less than 7 days away from the date of the refund request
- Special offers or discounted tickets
- VIP or premium tickets
- Refund Limitations: Refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket and will not include any additional fees such as processing or delivery fees.
- Refund Disputes: In the event of a dispute over a refund, Events868.com reserves the right to make the final decision.
